Wall Police Promotions

On Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at the Wall Township Committee meeting the following Police Officers were promoted within the Wall Township Police Department:

– Sergeant Michael Hurden was promoted to rank of Lieutenant.

– Patrolman Jack Gramlich was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.

Sergeant Michael Hurden was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Lieutenant Hurden has been a police officer for 12 years and was previously assigned to the Detective Bureau, Administration Division and the Patrol Division. Lieutenant Hurden possesses a Bachelor’s Degree from Moravian College and is currently completing his Master’s Degree from Farleigh Dickinson University. Lieutenant Hurden has received numerous awards from the 200 Club, Monmouth Ocean County Intelligence Bureau and Mothers against Drunk Driving.

Patrolman Jack Gramlich was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Sergeant Gramlich has been a police officer for 6 years and was previously assigned to the Detective Bureau, Patrol Division and the Office of Emergency Management. Sergeant Gramlich possesses a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University. Sergeant Gramlich has received numerous awards from Mothers Against Drunk Driving, the 200 Club and several department commendations.
