On Wednesday, November 20, 2018 at the Wall Township Committee meeting, Joshua W. Wheeler, 25 years old was sworn in as a Police Officer with the Wall Township Police Department. Joshua Wheeler graduated from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in communications. He attended the Monmouth County Special II Academy and received the Merit Award. He then worked as a Special II Officer in Manasquan and most recently with the Wall Township Police Department.
