The Wall Township Police Department celebrated police K9 Eli’s 5th birthday. K9 Eli has been with the department for two years as a patrol and narcotics police dog and she and her handler, Ptl. Chris Gallagher, have conducted numerous successful operations locating illegal drugs. The K9 Unit first started in the Wall Township Police Department in 1981 and we presently have four K9 officers. Happy Birthday Eli!!
