Resident Arrested for Car Burglaries

On Tuesday, September 21, 2021 Detective Zach Honecker arrested Justin L. Longstreet, 30 years old, Wall, NJ following an investigation into recent burglaries to unlocked motor vehicles.  Longstreet was charged with eight (8) counts of Burglary to a Motor Vehicle, four (4) counts of theft and one (1) count of Criminal Trespass.  These charges are stemming from an investigation into reports of thefts from unlocked vehicles that occurred in the Shark River Manor Section of Wall Township on September 11, 2021 and in the Manasquan Park Section of Wall Township on August 18, 2021. After arrest processing, Longstreet was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution. Residents are reminded to lock their vehicles and remove personal belongings and valuables, as well as their key fob.
