The Wall Township Police Department are on scene with crews from New Jersey Natural Gas, J.F Kiely Construction and the New Jersey Department of Transportation who are making emergency repairs to a gas main break. Near the intersection of State Route 34 and Allenwood Road. These emergency repairs require State Route 34 northbound at the Allenwood Traffic Circle to be shut down. Crews are working to make emergency repairs that are expected to continue Saturday, March 27th through the overnight to the mid-morning hours of Sunday, March 28th. There are currently traffic delays in the area. Motorists are asked to avoid the area and plan alternate routes.
