Humane Law Enforcement Officers
The Wall Township Police Department is proud to have three certified Humane Law Enforcement Officers that help protect our animals and pets and to hold those who commit crimes against them accountable. Humane Law Enforcement Officers conduct investigations related to animal cruelty and can file criminal charges when appropriate. Lieutenant Chad Clark, Sergeant Ian Hatch and Patrolman Frank Kuhl are the certified Humane Law Enforcement Officers for the Wall Township Police Department.
