On Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at the Wall Township Committee meeting, Patrolman Jason Kelly was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Sergeant Kelly has been a police officer with the Wall Township Police Department since 2007 and his previous assignments included patrol officer, detective bureau and administration. Sergeant Kelly is a certified field training officer, LEAD instructor, bike patrol instructor and a member of the Monmouth County Rapid Deployment Force. He possesses a Bachelors of Science Degree from Rider University in Marketing and Finance.
