The Wall Township Police Department is proud to announce that on Friday, October 21, 2022, Lieutenant Michael Steitz graduated from the New Jersey State Chiefs of Police Command & Leadership Academy. The Command & Leadership Academy is a 16-week course with curriculum that was developed through the United States Military Academy at West Point in collaboration with highly experienced law enforcement practitioners and specialists, who possess and exceptional blend of experience and instructional credentials.
Lieutenant Steitz was also awarded the “Chief Harry Wilde Academic Award” for ranking 1st academically out of his graduating class.
