At the August 23, 2017 Wall Township Committee meeting Patrol Officer Andrew Baldino was promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Sergeant Baldino has been a police officer for 6 years. He was previously assigned to the Detective Bureau, Community Support Unit and the Traffic Unit. Sergeant Baldino possesses a bachelor’s degree from Stockton College and a master’s degree in criminal justice from Monmouth University.
