Attention All Residents of Wall Township age 65 years or older:
Wall Township Office of Emergency Management is hosting a COVID-19 Johnson and Johnson vaccine distribution event through Ocean Health Initiatives, Inc (OHI).
When: Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 9am to 2pm
Where: South Wall Fire Rescue, 2605 Atlantic Avenue
Who: Must be a Wall Township Resident age 65 years or older
How to Register:
- Obtain a registration form online at WallPolice.org OR in person from the Wall Police Records window located in Wall Police Headquarters Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm.
- Drop off your registration form to the Wall Police Records window located in Wall Police Headquarters Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm.
Registration DOES NOT guarantee your vaccination appointment. You will be contacted by OHI to schedule your vaccination time. There are only 200 vaccines available.
