Wall Township Patrolman David Smithman
On Thursday, December 15, 2016 Wall Township Patrolman David Smithman graduated from the Monmouth County Police Academy 91st Basic Course for Police Officers. The 91st Basic Course for Police Officers consisted of approximately 20 weeks of training. During the graduation ceremony, Patrolman Smithman was awarded the Outstanding Trainee Award as well as the Physical Training Award by the Monmouth County Police Academy.
